Attributes
Specifies how the element is placed relative to surrounding content (e.g., block-level or inline flow).
Defines the direction of text flow (e.g., left-to-right, right-to-left, or vertical).

Differences
Well tagged PDF:
The 'Annot' element in Well-Tagged PDF is used to represent annotations attached to the document content, such as comments, highlights, or other interactive notes.
Annotations should be clearly linked to the content they reference and properly nested within the structure tree to allow for accurate content extraction and reflow.
PDFUA:
In PDF/UA, the 'Annot' element ensures that annotations are accessible by providing additional context or interactive features in a structured manner.
Annotations must include alternative text and be tagged so that assistive technologies can read and interpret them, ensuring non-disruptive supplemental information.
